Aren't those the exact things other clubs are now restricting so they can get rid of ST holders and sell game by game for higher price.

ManU are and I know Leicester have said theirs can only be listed 5 times and transferred 5 times. But if Forest were going to introduce those sorts of restrictions, you'd think they'd have announced it in advance.
Lots of clubs are enforcing rules that you can't leave your seat empty more than a couple of times (so you either have to attend, exchange or pass on), which doesn't seem unreasonable.
If Forest were trying to get rid of ST holders, why would they be offering ingo the chance to buy one?

You can only transfer it to other members when the game has already sold out I think now. The club want to try and sell it first. Or somthing like that.

Can only put it on the exchange once it's been sold out as well.
As I said, there's been no downside for the last three seasons but if games stop selling out, that wouldn't be the case, so that's part of the gamble.
