Against all the odds, Nuno has become popular.
I think we all know what that means.

More popular than the owner is a perilous place.
I don’t buy that at all.
Are you suggesting he wants us to be rubbish so the manager isn’t liked more than him?
Because any manager that brings success is going to be popular.
Marinakis wants the credit. It's not that hard to imagine he's a vain sociopath.
Forest U21 off to Canada for a pre-season tournament - the Kamloops International Cup.
Perhaps a good one for the "Do players like playing professional football" thread.
Sounds like a great piss up.
I have never been to Kamloops, but it's supposed to be very beautiful. I've been thinking about where to go for a summer vacation; maybe a trip to BC to watch Forest and spend a few days hiking might be nice.
I think I have been there, possibly for quick brunch on way from Revelstoke to Whistler
Think we had to go south via Vancouver due to wildfires blocking the roads if we gone west then south to Whistler..
Think I've decided to go to that Kamloops Cup thing. I've booked the week off work, and flights are really cheap right now. Going to fly into Vancouver, rent a car and drive up through the Rockies to Kamloops. Anyone fancy a few days of hiking, drinking and Forest in a picturesque town in BC this summer?
.....from where you are.
Well, obviously. I have no use for flights from somewhere I'm not.
How are you going to get home then?

I would say yes, but I’ll be in Italy at that time.
By taking a flight from where I will be. Duh.

Ditto, but in Portugal (and hoping Nuno brings the first-team for a training camp on the Algarve while I'm there!)
