Trains booked. Hope I can get tickets otherwise I'm just going on a pissed up hunt to have it out with Seb Coe, the cunt.

Train also booked on the similar presumption of getting tickets. Meet you in Trafalgar Square with fireworks and bottles of fairy liquid.
The two or three trains back to Nottingham post game are going to be a fucking awful experience!

Yeah, was already thinking that. Least the Mancs will mostly be going from Euston.
Not if we win.
Nailed on at least one of the trains will be cancelled due to staff shortages as they'll be watching the game.
Standing packed in like a Japanese rush hour metro will be fun for about 2 minutes I reckon win or lose!
Parking booked. Or to be more accurate, one parking spot cancelled as I had already booked the same space for both days.

This is me, albeit two parking spots quite close together.
Any recommendations for pubs / bars / restaurants near the ground, ideally ones that we could potentially reserve a table in, or at least guarantee entry? We weren't organised at all for the play off final, and spent a long time queuing without success near the ground - ended up going in early and drinking overpriced Budweiser.
Depends where you’re parking or if you use public transport.

I would recommend not getting to the area until you are ready to go to the ground. There's plenty of places in central London. Pick somewhere like Green Park or Bond Street, and then pick a pub nearby. Leave there 1.5 hours before KO and go straight up the Jubilee Line and into the ground.

Edit: I guess this is a bit more awkward if you're driving. Could you park top end of the Jubilee Line at like 10am, do 45 minutes tube into town, few hours boozing, then 20 minutes back up to the ground? Bit out of my wheelhouse with this though tbh.
Currently expecting to drive down and park on someone's drive near the ground (that's what we did last time, and we're blessed with a non-drinker for a driver who just wants to get down there and chill). So yeah, while central london may be optimum, I think I'm really looking for recommendations near (ish) to the ground..

There's the box park thing isn't there. But I think you need to pay for entry?
Maybe consider somewhere like Willesden Green or Kilburn? 3-4 stops South of Wembley (5 minutes on the tube) and there's some good pubs near the station (I used to live in the area). The North London Tavern would be a good call. Infact might go there ourselves.

It was horrendous for the playoffs. Not doing that again.
We went to Boxpark for the playoff final. Yes you have to book. Reasonable food and drink. Very manic and pre match felt like a post match celebration. There's a stage and music, plus some ex players. Reidy and Chettle were there.
