So Neco got his teeth done when Brennan smashed his jaw and noone's talking about it, yes?

    I honestly hadn't noticed.

Aside, if anyone notices any Ipswich tickets for sale on the exchange please let me know.

Back in the Bandy & Shinty days I interviewed Frank Clark and he talked about how important Pete Edwards was, changing the culture of how the club did things, and how crucial Pearce was to bringing the squad with him behind the new regime. Issue 7 I believe.

I’m not too up to date on Greek law, but the charges seem a bit of a stretch.

Seems like something I'd expect to be reported in more high profile sources than footboom1.

Does the UK (or Portugal, or Brazil) extradite to Greece?
Anyway, I imagine multiple appeals on technicalities given our beloved owner's incredible and usually misguided sense of injustice over just about everything and subsequent love of a legal battle..

There was some sort of statement on the olympiacos website last night. Was struggling to translate it though but it was implying corruption etc (as normal)

Well, Google Translate clears it up...

With reference to the summons of a misdemeanor nature, against members of its management, PAE OLYMPIAKOS announces that:
Today's development, which was announced weeks ago by certain political and business centers, is a new attempt to blackmail PAE OLYMPIAKOS in order to bend both the OLYMPIAKOS family and its President himself.
This development came as a continuation of the unjust mass targeting of our followers as a criminal organization.
Even the most naive can understand that the time chosen is not random. This particular methodology has political characteristics and unfortunately instrumentalizes Justice itself.
Those who operate under parastatal conditions in the public life of the country are responsible for this mess.
The President of PAE Olympiacos and the family of Olympiacos have a clear conscience, they are not being blackmailed, they are not bending.

That doesn't make me feel very proud - but it does show the scale of Marinakis' ambitions and the sort of company he expects us to keep.
