I'm with Simon. There's a cluster of cunts here, Cartledge, Marinakis, Bradley, expect bad things to occur.

I didn’t. Can you read it out to me?
lazy canuk's and their la di da 'time to read' bollocks. Someone just send me the clickbait link to the viagra ad, plug me into the matrix, and let's have done with all that sort of nonsense.
Let's look at this a different way then. Two parties are involved here; to me this smells at least as much of Bradley and his party, desperate for any kind of win anywhere for anything, trying to crowbar their way into a "Labour run city council gone bankrupt, Tories to the rescue" situation for some kind of political capital. I highly doubt that Forest instigated or initiated this, I think it's a marriage of convenience for both parties with no realistic expectation of anything actually happening. I very much doubt that Sunak was besmirching our hallowed turf at the behest of Marinakis, this is all just manoeuvring - Forest promise to work with the council on initiatives that are never going to happen in return for the council hinting that they're open to giving Forest a red carpet to a new stadium site.
I suppose it makes a nice change for tories to want to exploit the popularity of football, and get in on the moola, rather than lock us up in cages, and frog march us to the station. How far we've come as a country. Makes ya proud.
The Mail are advertising a world exclusive interview with Marinakis tomorrow.
If selected ;)
Sorry just seen this on another thread.
I’m sure he’ll be suitably restrained and there won’t be anything embarrassing in there.
You've not seen the photo then.
He’s not given many interviews but when he has he’s hardly been a loose cannon.
Why would he pick the Mail to give an exclusive to? At the risk of sounding like Tricky, that smells very strongly of Tory party orchestration.
Sports pages are pretty divorced from political news stuff. He probably just gets on with the journalist.
But for the timing with the whole Sunak / Bradley / stadium business, I might agree with you. It seems far more likely to me, given the current climate, that it's a Tory-orchestrated attempt to use the City Ground situation to score political points in a contestable county, that it happens to be convenient for Forest ownership to let them, and that this interview is the result of the Tory party hotline to Dacre.
Dollars to donuts that the exclusive interview makes extensive references to how difficult and unreasonable the bankrupt Labour city council are being, and how much the Tory run county council and its leader in particular really understand football and its importance to the fabric of working class Britain.
Could be, but he did do an interview with the Mail at the start of the season too.
It's not impossible that a billionaire has been on board with the fascist project for wealth to rule the world for more than just this week.
