As I understood it the deduction was 3 for breaching, 3 for size of breach and 2 off for early plea and cooperating.
I don't see how appealing changes any of those for the worse.Appeal might decide that 3 wasn’t enough for the size of breach and agree with the PL that it should have been 5.
