You are going to struggle to make valid observations, if you don't even know what it is.

No, increasing the civil rights of society is not a culture war. Whatever Putin's bots tell you.

    Scary shit

Now Ice officers with masks on are arresting people off the street because they don't like their political views? And people say I am nuts because I want a gun?

    Chicago: Playing it safe.

Starting to think Vance's concern for Europe's free speech might not have been entirely sincere.

JD Vance kind of reminds me of Russ a bit.

I mean, I've no idea why as I've never knowingly met either in person and have only sparsely directly and indirectly communicated with one of them a few times. And even then I was (mostly) having a mental.

Also I don't think Russ is a massive uber-facist power-crazy wannabe despot with a penchant for eye liner and sexually assaulting inanimate furniture, but obviously I can't be sure.

I, for one, am outraged that neither the office of the President of the USA, nor a trillion-dollar American company, can find the time to express a view about some bloke from Wollaton selling his car.

I don’t think you are supposed to be outraged. It’s the bbc, if they run a piece slagging someone (or some entity) off, they have to give that someone/entity the right to reply. That line is just making it clear they’ve done that.

It's hardly Woodward and Bernstein, but credit to the BBC for finally addressing some real balanced reporting of the global fascist project, with their groundbreaking "Man in Wollaton sells car" expose.

They were covering it on Radio 5 this morning, it's featured on Panorama tonight.

For context, Naomi in particular is really strong character with no bullshit about her. Those aren't tears for the telly.
It really does go to show how utterly piss poor the safety checks on the platforms are; how few fucks they give when shit is brought to their attention and how ill prepared the judicial services are for such things.
For those of you thinking the perpetrator was just a nut job needing care, yes there is an element of that but I am told that Panorama took advice from two senior psychologist type folk and as well as mad, she is still very much bad.

I feel like we need some input from the "nothing to hide, nothing to fear" crowd.

I have no idea who you’re referring to or why.

Don’t think there are any cheerleaders for rapacious, reckless and unregulated social media companies around here.
