It’s horrific how people are getting kicked in the head for assaulting police officers. I really hope I don’t accidentally attack four armed police officers, break a woman’s nose and get kicked in the head myself, it could happen to anyone!

I suggest once you have removed your head from your arse then maybe look arojnd the other platforms you use.. I know it’s hard to believe but there are opinions of things outside of talkback.

Still not told us how incapacitated a criminal needs to be before it's unacceptable to kick them in the head and stamp on their head.

It’s probably be a bit overkill if they’ve just had their head ventilated.

No limit. With a large dose of law and order. No, no. No, no, no, no. It says here. No, no. No, no, no, no....and a touch of the, No, no. No, no, no, no. short sharp shock. There's no limit!

    Mash up!

As I’ve already said, I think it was justifiable as I don’t think the officer would have known he was incapacitated due to the heavy blows he’s received to his head, concern about weapon retention and his concern him or others were to be further attacked.

And I’ve already said that it wouldn’t be right for a police officer to boot someone in the head for punishment reasons, but I don’t think that happened here.

    Hadn't they just tasered him?

If you are ever unfortunate enough to have been on the receiving end of a number of hard blows to the head and being knocked to the floor, good luck in being able to recognise what is going on in front of you in the following seconds.

And no training is ever going to prepare any human for that moment of clarity.

For the avoidance of doubt, that's a yes, he's on the floor convulsing (?) from a taser as the copper kicks him in the head. Then follows it up with a stamp.

    And context is everything.

I am not in any way condoning the kick to the head and the stamping. However the tasered guy was not convulsing. He had already hit the policewoman to the ground and had the offending policeman in a headlock on the ground, was tasered, and the policeman then kicked him in the head. This all happened within 3-4 seconds.

Stephen Yaxley-Mortgagefraud is having himself a few days. Got arrested on anti-terrorism charges, inexplicably bailed, and has now done a runner from the country to avoid his appearance before the beak today on contempt of court charges.

I wonder what the French think of receiving a criminal refugee on their shores? Seems a bit Alanis.
