My issue with Jeremy Vine was more the way he's just an antagonistic prick on his radio show phone-ins. He just says whatever might stir the pot.

Not seen his TwatterX, but I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't shit stirring there as well.

Isn't this how modern media works? I think the public service remit to educate and inform has long since been shitcanned.

Netherlands is great for cyclists, right? 745 road deaths in 2022 compared to 1700 in the UK. From a population of 18 million.

Now factor in the % of population that cycles in each country, and the number of miles cycled per person.

(except for Ingo celebrating cockneys getting their due comeuppance).

Just on this I've started my campaign. We recently introduced a minimum order value of £25+VAT, except for cockneys where it's £30+VAT because they earn more.

Stuff Namibia; you’re needed here. There’s an image of Guru being projected onto the clouds in Gotham City

A GoFundMe page has been created by the best friend of the lad who's gone missing this week in Tenerife. It says neither why it's been set up, nor what the money is needed for.

Despite this, close to 2,500 people have so far donated almost £25,000. Absolutely fucking bonkers.

The FB pages about this lad are hilarious. Full of armchair sleuths and (un)helpful advice such as ‘has anyone tried calling his phone?’
As well as psychics, someone in a wheelchair asking if they would be of any help looking for him up a fucking mountain (never mind the fact that the lad is in Tenerife) the person who’s asked if Ronaldo could fund a specialist team to search for him and then there’s the conspiracy theorists. Though the one about it all being a scam/and or drug deal gone wrong might end up holding some water.

It’s been tremendous reading. All these fuckers get a vote tho…

Wasn't he part of a mob attack on a teenager who got his head split open with a machete or something last year?
    Maybe it's for him.

I see from a snippet of a news bulletin that fascist propoganda tool, who has been given a weirdly prominent platform in the british media, has been promoting russian foreign policy tropes. Oh no....another mistake!

The guy that has gone missing was part of the attack last year?

Smells to me that someone's decided he's done enough harm in this world and done a job on him. The dad of the guy that was attacked last year for instance.
