So what's the plan? Not vote for the bland nice centralist man, in case there are unspecified unproven lurking nutters poised to take the reins. Instead handing power to de facto compromised corrupt nutters who are asset stripping your country, have a track record of removing your rights and slashing your standard of living, and are the proven fascist liars feeding your fears?

Love the way the propaganda has got so many people to be more afraid of the possible, than the demonstrably worse current reality.

Very weird emotionally retarded little country.

I think the riskiest think for small business would be that the owners aren't classed as "working people" and the tax rate on them goes up. Eg dividends.

In that case it may be worth changing to a partnership.

But you would hope they do a carve out for OMB's to make the tax equivalent to the self employed

I like the BNCM quite a lot, I think Angela Rayner is a nutter. I tire of being asset stripped by toffs, no disagreement there.

I'd find it challenging to vote for a Galloway led party, but the manifesto is not a million miles from my position.

It’s left wing populism, not a million miles from Farage, pointing at problems but not offering real solutions.

When you know election isn't realistic, running on principles is a thing to be respected.

Rayner is brash, I don’t see nutter.

She is in an elected role as deputy leader so she’s there to stay and she was from the further left of the party. But has changed as she realises that faction isn’t electable.

I also dont see how how him can be possible worried about the far left of the party having any say. Starmer has got rid of a fair number and has shown if they step out line he will get rid. They aren’t sitting near any cabinet table. Not even close. If Labour win there will be folk you’ve never heard of say in cabinet like Torsten Bell and Calvin Bailey. Very moderate sensible people.

This is a good article. Absolutely no insight or anything like that, just a pleasingly well written exercise in putting the boot in.

Wouldn’t it be lovely if Labour win in a landslide then rejoin the trade agreement with the EU so we can actually get the economy rolling again .

With a mass majority it’s possible.

I mean that would be the logical thing to do but let’s see if the electorate is logical next week.

Sunday Times endorses Labour (grudgingly). Expect the other Murdoch papers to be neutral.

Unfortunately, as they’ve explicitly ruled out joining the SM or CU, they can’t do either of those. But they can renegotiate to get as close to those lines as possible, while still not actually being members.

If Labour have got any sense, they'll want to show a contrast with the last tory shambles.

Changing leader two times post election before the next election has something to do with it. I don't see that happening this time around.
