I can see us getting slightly better at knowing where to stand (particularly without the ball) but not enough to offset the whole running and kicking deficiency aspects.

Bottom 3 seems likely after tomorrow, be interesting to see how the Glasner is here for three years line holds up over the next few weeks.

Certainly be interesting to see how brave Marinakis would be if we are in the bottom three in the next international break, with a quarter of the season gone.

I’d certainly expect to see some articles by Percy praising the owner and somehow blaming other people for the predicament (presumably Edu is still the favourite scapegoat).

Having serious doubts about why I'm bothering today. The trains are going to be awful, likely won't get a seat for two hours each way (even in First).

We can't score or win at home so best result is 0-0 which seems unlikely.

I can take either one of those, but the combi is making me question my sanity!

Im guessing bring on Sangare and push McAtee forward a little, not quite as progressive as Gibbs White. Push Munoz forward. If Jair Cunha is fit, bring him in. Continue with NDoye and Delap breaking at speed.

    We're going to get twatted.

A year ago today we lost 3-0 to Chelsea and sacked Postecoglou 19 minutes after the final whistle.
    Happy Angieversary everyone.
I seem to remember that Forest rattled Chelsea for half an hour that day but couldn't score and then Chelsea sorted themselves out second half.
    The more things change...

I'm not going today because wife got tickets for Richard Ayoade this evening, but now she's ill and can't go to that, so I'm probably going to watch the football in the pub and then go to the comedy by myself (perhaps with a mate if I can find someone available).

See, this is why I'm clearly doing it wrong. If Mrs BW was poorly (we have a Little Miss BW in the house) and she'd therefore missed out on the evening out she had planned, the chances of me disappearing to watch football at the pub in these circumstances would be hovering somewhere around zero.

    Fair play, son.

Haha. She's pretty accommodating tbh. I pull my weight though. I think that she's away two days a week with work every week buys me quite a bit of credit at weekends.

Was just saying similar re team, but with the hope it's one of those things that is forced but works and we never look back.

Got a seat on the train by some tactical queue jumping so that's a first positive

Dominguez, not Sangare. Not sure that's going to work.

I think he's decided to keep a settled holding two, and put Dominguez hassling behind Delap.

No idea if it's going to work either, but I do know I'm sticking with Glasner till at least Christmas (caveat that all bets are off if we are literally getting cut adrift in the relegation zone). We're very likely to lose today and the next two also.

Free £5 bet placed on cards for Schlager, Dominguez and Calafiori.
Pondering on sticking a quid on either Konsa (1st goal for Arsenal) or Gabriel (first goal since 3rd Jan) to score past Charity FC.

The gap between the back 3 and midfield 2 is noticeably smaller. Not sure if that's the back 3 pushing up or the 2 dropping deeper.
Probably a bit of both. Not that Arse have been looking to go through the middle so far.
Unsurprisingly little going the other way.
