Luiz not Kalimuendo for Jesus? Hmm.
Luiz not Kalimuendo for Jesus? Hmm.
Pedro Porro might be the biggest bitch in the Premier League and there's some competition for that title.
Well I enjoyed that far more than I was expecting to and Frank can shove the 1.9 to 0.36 xG up his proverbial.
We are taking the piss. We are taking the piss. Nottingham Forest we are taking the piss!!!!
I hope Jesus isn’t injured. He was amazing today.
Hutchinson excellent too. Sangare best game. Williams great against Kudus.
Anderson now injured unfortunately. Which is scary. Should have taken him off.
Frank can go fuck himself. Hilarious he stuck with Vicario.
Chicago: Pleased as Punch.
That's a terrific win. Spurs were abject but Forest played really well.
Biggest win over Spurs since 1987, who were as abject as we were excellent.
Now 5 points clear of the relegation zone with the best form of any team outside the top 9, and a performance that has quickly made my worries about recent performances much less.
Well you weren't wrong.
It's quite therapeutic reading this thread after knowing the result.
Brilliant all over the pitch. Could have been a load more too.
I imagine Thomas Frank isn't too upset as the xG of shots for the second and third goals was so low that they don't count, so really they didn't lose 3-0 at all.
Villa have done us a real solid there, too.
Only City and Villa are in better form over the last 6 games (although there are still games to go), which seems ridiculous before Christmas to still be in 16th.
8 points from 19th, and 8 points from 6th too.
Was having a variant of this discussion with Guru (thank you for the lift young man). In his words, having the australian chappie was equivalent to having a points deduction.
Spurs fans are hilarious. Every single team they play is the same, a 5/10 irrelevance. If Spurs win it's because Spurs are good, if Spurs lose it's because Spurs are bad. The whole idea of the opponent actually being good is a concept they don't appear to even consider.
Apparently Romero and van der Ven are the best centre half pairing in the league and anyone who doesn't see that is clearly just biased.
It's fair to say that I'm invariably in the vicinity of the edge of my seat watching Forest - particularly the defending bits (plus big Vic between the sticks) - but apart from the free kick from Savona's booking and subsequent corner (it would be bloody typical to concede having just hit the post) there was just no sense of Spuds threat whatsoever. Richarlison looked so isolated and miserable I half expected someone from The Salvation Army to run on with a blanket and a bowl of soup.
Perhaps he could be their new poster ad - 'lonely this Christmas? That's because you play up front for Spurs'.
Think someone mentioned it already, but the amount of shirt swapping at the end was really weird. Does that happen every game and I just don't notice?
I didn't notice that. Was on the way to the pub.
