Remember Dele Adebola (Dele 'ad Ebola)?

Omabamidele is just as easy. (Oh, my bad, me Dele)

    Except it's Omobamidele.

    Close enough, Steve.

Brighton looked poor and there for the taking if we actually want to win some games.

We were shit. Honestly Danilo passed to a Brighton shirt more than a red one.
No urgency, passion or desire. Will be dropping through the Championship like a stone.

But everyone on here keeps saying we are progressing and playing better. Just don't get it.

Nuno can fuck off for me. Odd formation to start with again like Villa which didn't work, then throws on random attacking players who create nothing.

We look to be a bit more in away games. But I generally agree.

It's definitely not everyone. And it doesn't sound like anyone is particularly defending today's performance. Even me, and I'm one of the more Pollyanna-ish types who didn't watch the game.

It’s odd. I was expecting a response to the injustice of last week. Playing with passion. Taking the game to Brighton. Instead we get this? I was furious watching what happened last week and now I am furious at how bad our response was. This is very baffling.

    Chicago: Furious.

Totally the opposite happened. Players looked at last week and thought fuck this, played our hearts out and still lost, what's the point?

Spent the week discussing with their agents where they will go next season.

Despite the odd promising moment, I've had enough of Origi for a while again. He's had a few chances the last week but can't finish and doesn't offer enough elsewhere.

I think it's telling that after a fuck up goal all our players surrounded the referee. Because that's who we are now - the club that blames referees for everything.

He got us having a go a bit more and it looked like it might work for a bit, but the defending has been shite and the spectre of the points deduction has made us sad rather than determined.

Looking at our team I don't see many leaders or fighters apart from Yates. Maybe Neco and MGW. Anybody else? This is what worries me most about Luton next week and, for that matter, the rest of the season. Do we have the bollocks? The lack of urgency and passion in the last 10 minutes today makes me wonder.

  • Jim7panorama_fish_eye

And therein lies the problem. Yates isn’t good enough to keep starting matches and MGW seems to spend most of his time moaning and throwing his arms around when his teammates don’t do as he wishes.

Not directed at you specifically Charlie, but few weeks back we were apparently world beaters for beating a West Ham team that looked awful.

    Spoiler alert: we aren't.

So I'm told the guy on VaR today was the ref who sent off Boly v Bournemouth.

    Rob Jones was fourth official.
    Craig Pawson on VAR.
