I made a bean curry today. Or I meant to. I got a can of tomatoes out instead by mistake. So I made a tomato curry.
I think. Never can be sure with curry.

Made a black eye bean curry today. Which I had to rush to eat at a certain time (before playing football). The blackeye beans still have a bit of crunchy pea about them.
I think I like crunchy backeye bean curry.
If it is a curry.

I went to the beer festival tonight and had a MemSaab curry. Wonderful.

Baked some spiced cracker 'bites' as my weekend beer snacks. Definitely not a curry*.
* May contain ingredients consistent with a curry.

Broccoli spaghetti, followed by apple, banana, and raisin bread pudding.

Tuna au poivre, salad and chips. Followed by apple and blackberry pie with cream. All with lashings of red wine.

I had scampi and chips at Inghams in Filey.

Chia chocolate pudding. Not wildly unpleasant (although the slimy texture would not be good for all). Not worth the (hardly any) effort.
Will save chia for overnight oats and vegan egg replacement in future.

Prepared some aforementioned overnight oats. In error put 1tbsp of chia seeds, instead of the needed 1tsp.
This is likely to end badly.

I have discovered that oatmeal made with soy milk is vastly nicer than made with any other liquid I've tried.

A bit early some might suggest but I am attempting to make Mince Pies on my day off tomorrow. Wifey is great at them but since it’s American Thanksgiving she is otherwise preoccupied. It will probably be a disaster but am looking forward to it.
