Couldn't be arsed to wait for my egg to poach in my porridge. Blowtorched it, to help it along. Worked just fine.

Made vegan scrambled egg substitute today. A gram flour porridge, with onion, garlic, chili, cumin, mushroom, and mashed banana, seasoned with cider vinegar and Kala namak.
Pretty good.

In an act of gross optimism I got the ice cream maker out of the loft.

Been wanting to go to Here for a long time, every year Señora Mus, hasn’t wanted to go for reasons not worth getting into here. Whilst planning for this summers trip she finally relented.. went today, well worth the wait.

Bananas in caramel sauce, with yogurt and frozen banana and caramel yogurt. Really one of the easiest desserts to make, and one of the few without chocolate that I actually like.
