It probably wouldn't have been, but we were spared that with a ferry crossing.

It's a great idea, but after 160km of English drivers yelling obscenities at us we were all ready to just collapse on the floor of the ferry for a couple of hours.

Im slowly increasing my running. Very slowly. Takes me forever to increase my distance. And then some fucker like Pod nonchalantly bangs out a 25K.
Doing more gym as well. Im less muscle bound, more less wussy. Comfortably inbetween.

Still rowing 6 or 7 times a week mostly doing this: www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/training/wod and trying to increase my plank time. Feeling a fair bit fitter but weight isn't going anywhere. This is mostly down to diet, obvs.

Fitness buffs always say 'abs are made in the kitchen'. Unfortunately so are tastey snacks and I get side tracked.

Interval bike sprint, followed by recovery, before a warm down.

Not really. Cycled to the pub again.

The one that’s about 200 metres away? Good work.

It's a really beautiful hot day. The sort that we could have done with for more of the last few months. I want to take my shirt off and catch the rays while they are here, but it's not fair.

Environmental health might investigate the outbreak of sickness that it would trigger.

Don't worry, I'm back safely now.

Done 5 hours of driving today. For someone who rarely drives it was alot. I imagine my body feels how Lewis Hamilton does after a race.

Definitely put in a shift there jimbo. Driving is a sport, so you have clearly gone above and beyond. You've earned a warm down in the pub for that.

It did take me quite a while to return the car to the hire company in town if you get my drift.

There you go, jimmy. Stretch it out. You can't be too careful after a long slog.
