Problem with Omobamidele is that if he plays for us this season we can't loan him out. No idea whether that's the plan but he's only played 45 championship games and 5 premier league ones, so another half season in the championship could be worthwhile for him.

He was kicking back in Dubai with Neco and Wood at the weekend, if he was injured I imagine they'd have kept him back to rehab rather than sitting on a plane for several hours. He also became a father for the first time in the last few weeks - could be giving him a physical rest and a bit of parental leave.
