It wouldn't...because the interpretation of the laws dictate that if that was a defender it would be ruled accidental, if the ball had gone off the hand to another attacker, who then finished, the goal would have stood. Because the direct goalscorer made an accidental touch the goal is deemed to be handball. In other words another example of where the game is refereed differently, in different circumstances, or in different parts of the pitch. The game is in complete catastrofucky.
