Tbf, wasn't it Warnock who said something like the biggest impediment to Djed Spence becoming a superstar was Djed Spence? I don't think that was an entirely unfair characterization, the bit he missed out was that he wasn't a good enough manager to help Djed through that. It took a real manager to set him on the path to becoming what he has become.
