They don't have barn doors in South Asia. Or banjos. Even the cow's arses might be sacred, so any practice banjo-action could annoy people.

I bumped into him at nottingham racecourse after that season. He was resplendent in heavily tooled cowboy boots. Had quite a long chat with him. Seemed like a nice lad.
