I feel like that’s partially due to Dumfries being something of a liability in this tournament.

I think he's been brilliant so far. Releasing Saka, firing his long shot, drawing a foul in the box (because he's the current best goalscorer in the world). This is a captain's performance.

He's a bit unlucky....has to try to play the ball...but doesn't and leaves a foot in....a soft one, but a coin toss. Kane did well to get the shot off before contact....so probably earned it.

Foden is different gravy in the middle. Feel like Bellingham is there on reputation currently though.

Foden has been fantastic. He's doing whatever he wants. Quicker in the head and with his feet than anyone.
We are playing higher, how I have long wanted us to, and we look a lot better for it.

Started sloppy, but looking the real deal now.

This is the only time I've seen Foden play well for England, he's the one who has been there on reputation if anyone. But he's living up to it for once tonight.

On review, I think the penalty is the right decision. Anywhere else on the pitch that's a free kick and no one argues.
