That ranks alongside F1 for me. Netflix documentary is cool, but the sport is deathly dull.

The USA v Panama match is great. US losing 2-1 with minutes to go having been playing with ten men for most of the match, and a Panama player has just been shown red for the best Sunday League tackle I've seen in a professional match in a long time.

Did a Euro bracket for a friend who knows nothing about football but is in their office pool. To my surprise I had England going to the final, which they lose to Spain. I have us beating Slovakia, Switzerland and Romania to get there.

You’d get good odds on that!
Like us, NL and Italy have also had poor tournaments but it’s hard to imagine us progressing from the last 16 while they don’t.

I think we have more talent than the Netherlands or Italy, and we're fortunate that the two best teams so far are in the other half of the draw, but yeah. It's fairly optimistic.

I'm trying to get odds on Italy beating England on penalties in the QF, but can't find them.

TdF is a good alternative to having the radio on but it is still just background noise.

The Guardian, which had the initial scoop on Gallagher coming in for TAA in the last match, says the only change likely is Mainoo for Gallagher.

I don't think either of those are at all surprising, and pretty much the average fan would do the same.

I don't expect it to suddenly get us playing better unfortunately. I think we'll go through. But go out next weekend to a better team.
