This is outrageously good.
This is outrageously good.
If you watch TAA, no really watch him, he's going to blow your mind.
...a bit of a catch up. It's cute, or trolling, or retarded, that anyone might think that patterns of play against a second tier friendly league fixture in September, bears any relation to what might be required to actually win a tournament. You need to start developing play that might beat a top side. Not Moldova. Or Finland.
Elliot Anderson in the england under 21s. Kind of forget he's still so young - 22 in November (and May).
This is great. Not heard anything about Gibbs-White, though, which is a shame.
John Stones to captain England. More of this sort of thing please.
Agreed. Stones is, if you'll pardon the pun, an absolute rock.
Slight concern about his injury record though right? But I'm good with it. Better than Kane and I can't think of many other automatic candidates. Certainly not Walker.
You can see Rice or Bellingham being long term future captains, of popular opinion. Personally I'd rather a centre half that steps into midfield, than a workhorse who is going to be on rotation. Simply for consistency on the field. The one fly in the ointment is this stupid idea that only captains can talk to referees. you don't want them out of position all the bloody time.
Baffling England performance. No positives so far. Carsley basically saying he doesn’t want the job with his selection. No players have done anything of note. Most have been utter shit.
He's trying to be pep. It's not working.
I think the FA would love to give him the job as they've no idea who else ... But with performances like this it's not going to happen.
Vlach doing Vlach things.
England doing England things. Seriously awful
And that ladies and gentlemen is why we play world class fulcrum and the best goal scorer on planet Earth Mr Harry Kane. No more evidence needed that the talk of dropping him for players who can run around is, as the French say, bolloques supreme.
Nobody doubts his second phase tap in value against Moldovas. All tonight proves is southgates ability to galvanise the squad and support to run over lesser opposition has been largely undervalued. The ability to beat the better teams, remains elusive and untested.
I think I preferred beating shit teams and losing to good teams versus losing to everyone.
Didn't watch game but in the starting line up, who played centre forward?
