I wouldn’t complain at 200k a week. He’s obviously being a massive hypocrite. That’s OK, I’d do the same, but spouting bollocks about an equivalent with Rashford and his own stances didn’t land.
I just don't agree that it's hypocrisy to have views, and continue to hold those views, and work in an environment that doesn't support those views.
What should he have done? Gone to Newcastle?
Enough digressing. Where can I get me one of these camels?
They used to sell them in newsagents. Not sure that's true any more.
I’ll share a camel with you if you give me twelve quid Ingo
That isn’t hypocrisy (to me) but he’s not just working there. He’s decided to go and work there knowing that they and he are at odds and he is actively engaging in sportswashing (or at best being blindly oblivious to being used) Last year he bashed the WC being held in Qatar because of their views on gay rights, then he goes to Saudi and says the Saudis would run a great world cup…
Like I say, I’d do the same, most of us would. But he’s 100% a massive hypocrite. Which is why some people are booing him. I doubt they care much themselves about gay rights for the most part. But you can’t beat a good mob boo sometimes. I once booed David Platt, but I’d no idea why, other than I was pissed up and it was fun to join in.
There’s a place near my work that has loads of Llamas or Alpacas or whatever. Will that do for anyone? They’re just running about in a field, you could probably help yourself.
Rashford is awesome.
The UK is actively involved in sportswashing - we willingly engage with oppressive regimes, as long as they have moola. We let them buy our stuff, and we do nothing about it. We, as a country, intentionally break international law, and deprive people of their internationally agreed human rights largely brought about by Churchill's campaign for a Charter of Human Rights.
We are a very confused society. I suppose it's all of the propaganda.
I imagine that demonising a footballer, is easier than taking responsibility for what you are in control of, and holding your (alleged) public servants to account.
I'd happily boo an Alpaca after 5 or 6 pints of Madri.
"Booooo, What kind of ally are you you wooly long necked cunt, booooo"
Unless Marcus Rashford took back the money for the food or the actual food away from the children whilst waiving his cash at said crying children whilst whining why me, then you cannot even compare him to Jordan Henderson. You picked a poor comparison Tricky. No one is arguing that the UK government is corrupt and fcuked up we are just saying that Jordan Henderson is a whining money grubbing hypocritical cunt. And booing him should be as prevalent as the national anthem. (I just added that last bit for some laddish behaviour, but you get what I mean).
And even though some people would, I wouldn’t be remotely interested in living in Saudi for fuck tons of money.
And yes Marcus Rashford seems like a absolutely lovely bloke.
Chicago: Part of the mob scene.
Langwith Junction. It’s right next to Shirebrook Train St - you could get leathered, boo something with a long neck, and be on the next train home.
Tons of fun for all the family.
No gays tho.
They had Therapy Alpacas visit my daughter's uni. Lots of people went and think the alpacas for a bit stressed out.
Not sure if the moral of that tale.
Maybe use camels instead?
Camels are cnuts. I was in Morocco and mine threw me off it’s back down a sand dune. Which by the way wasn’t soft. I paid good money for that Camel ride how dare it complain! And they spit too. Kind of like Rich B on a good day.
Chicago: Getting the Hump.
I fucking would, I could do with the cash. I'd suck it up for a couple of years.
It’s amazing that Rashford gets far more stick from our cunty politicians and the right wing press than Henderson does. Yet Rashford is taking a position that it’s difficult to argue with. So I wonder why they have a go at him?
