It's about being a bit more rational - not diving in, just because you think you might win the ball, but standing up to the player and forcing the pass wide, block the shot etc. We did it very well last night.
It should be common sense in every game, but I'm 100 per cent certain Cooper would have reminded the players beforehand last night about the importance of it, because of Ward-Prowse and what happened with Brentford.

I think we signed Richards and Toff initially. Lodi was the surprise signing of a third left back that I assume was triggered by the broken leg news.

We should tempt Samba back rather than buying Hendo.

There is an option on Super Serge and Lodi.

We keep them if we stay up. Hendo might end up at Spuds or elsewhere. I like Henderson but his distribution was pony. Navas has made tremendous saves and under extreme pressure he managed to clear the ball numerous times. The second goal wasn’t his fault as Felipe lost his man.

As for Felipe, he has been brilliant for us since arriving in January. That was the one time he got
Caught standing. His goal should it have stood would have been one of the best of the season. Our fourth certainly was.

I still think our best bet is the Croatian keeper who has a release clause. He has looked stellar. That’s not to say I don’t want Dean but I think Spam Utd are not going to play ball and sell to the highest bidder which probably won’t be us.

This is all moot though if we don’t pick up points in the next three games.

I will certainly keeping an eye on my blood pressure.

That would be very expensive (fee and salary), given he's got Champions League football to look forward to next season, plus has just enjoyed his first France call-up.

It was a superb touch, but I think a lot of comments have downplayed Brennan's contribution to that goal. Control, commitment, pace and a perfect cross.

Likewise Danilo’s lob to set up Taiwo’s second. His presence of mind and reactions are rather good.

He'll be in the Champs League semi in 4 years, I reckon. Massive talent.

Taiwo is a bit odd but I like him.
