I would like to see playing in this game:

    Scarpa
    McKenna
    Colback
    Dennis
    Hennessey
    Lingard
    Shelvey
    Freuler
    Kouyate
    Toffollo
    Surridge

However there's only two recognised defenders in that list, so it may need a little tweaking.

    I'm not making a score prediction. I don't care.

And one of those defenders is injured. But yeah, why not? Who cares?

Ah right yeah. But I mean. It's McKenna. He'll probably cope.

As there’s nothing at stake for either clubs would be good to get a Hammond or two on the pitch.

Didn't someone say it was worth about £3.5m a place in the table? I suspect the big Greek will push us to play a strong side if so..

There's a noisy contingent of 'Muff fans on twitter (I know) that want their team to lay off vs Everton as they want to send Leeds down (don't know what the beef with Leeds is aside from the usual) - so assuming they're on 'Muff beach I'm happy for us to field a strong-ish side, beat some more cockney bastards and finish one place and a few £ better off.

Anyone not deemed worthy to be at the club next season can go on holiday early for all I care - would like to see some fringe guys get a run out though to see if there's any progress. Maybe Skateboard for MGFW and Surridge for Awoniyi. Though that's as much of a 'please don't get injured' than anything.

I'm happy to change my allegiance no end on the final day of the season to whatever relegation situation seems funniest at the time. Fuck 'em.

Shady being shady went boring threat title when we will be playing with the abandonment of seals left to die on the beach.

Lingz and Skateboard should play. Will Andre and Cheik have an appearance so the Palarse fans can feel all misty eyed. Will Bolly show his lolly in the sun? Will Hennessey forget he's a whiskey?

Brennan will play because he didn't in the last game really and will we see the enigmatic talent that is super speedy rapid Emma Dennis.

It's going to be a 3-2 game. The question is for whom?

Do we care? Yes and no. We want a fun game. We would probably like a win but ultimately it's beach time and I hope some of the London Trickies bring beach balls, because, well, you know..fun..

Fester and Leed to go bye bye after Ever-gone draw and Fester forget they have to win which would be hilarious...

I am actually curious to see if any of the teams below us reach 34 points.

Chicago: Feet in the air like I just don't care..

Colback needs to play so he gets to say goodbye to the fans.

Good stuff, except that Hennessy is a brandy.

Give Shelvey jnr a run out as we've given him a new contract.
Plus other members of the 25 who have not been starting recently, are under contract for next season and, importantly, are fit.
So G Shelvey, Boly, Kouhate, CD (Donnelly?), RWB (??), Freuler, J Shelvey, Toffolo, Brennan, Dennis, Surridge.

I'd have thought this was relatively simple.

Players who we definitely don't want involved next year: Don't get a game.
Players who we either might want, or who are involved largely from a near development perspective: Get them involved, at least in the match day squad.
Players who we definitely want next year: Only involved to provide a balanced team, and enough of a platform for a reasonable chance for those that we want to try out.

There are definitely some players, struggling through recent injury, who have taken a heavy recent load....that we perhaps should be giving an early break to pre-season them well, and get them in the best possible shape for next season. (I'm thinking Danilo, Yates, Taiwo, Niakhate, Angry Serge, and probably Boly)

I think we can make a sentimental pick of Colback and rest anyone who looks a bit injured, so something like:

Hennessy; Aurier, Worrall, Boly, Toffolo; Yates, Mangala, Colback; Brennan, MGW, Mighten.
