In Maywood where we moved, the 4th of July fireworks basically felt like the siege of Sarajevo. The Latinos in this area just love to blow shit up. New Years is a little different because the other residents take to the streets to shoot their guns in the air with nary a care of where the bullets will land.

Went to the mother in laws for the afternoon. I brought the twins home about 6, watched some My Little Pony and put them to bed. Wife now back with 8 year old and we are watching Kung Fu Panda 4. Made the mistake of saying he could stay up and I’m trying to stay awake.
Went to bed for a bit. Made oyster sauce mushroom soup. Got back on talkback to find out that shades doesn't know the difference between a wank and fucking a fondue.
