Easy to say in the northern hemisphere. With no Christmas break in winter, it's a long stretch of miserable. Also when Australia is more bearable.

Au contraire. Going for some winter sun makes far more sense than escaping summer to go somewhere hot. Also, skiing.
In Lapland, in the Winter? What I was talking about when I said "Winter Holidays" was going on holiday, to get some winter. Fucking mental.
