Fools Cold?
I Wanna be Interred?
Bad year for the roses.
Not one of your best. I mean, its only one of them (unless another one goes) and it’s Elvis Costello’s song.
Anyway, very sad news. The Stone Roses is a work of art.
Stone Dead Roses.
Being in Manchester, it's hitting hard
I hate this. Lemon is one of the most important albums of my life and Mani's bass is the heart of it.
Wonderful world, dead people.

Fallen Hard.
Arguably my favourite artist of the genre.

Or should that be Rosencrantz and Guildenstern and Stoppard are Dead?
The original production of Arcadia - on a free transfer from The National - was my 1st show at The Haymarket and what a splendid piece of theatre it was. Fond memories of that even though it was apparently 30ish years ago.
The Invention Of Love was an even more highbrow piece but still enjoyable to work on. I didn't realise at the time that the Adam Barker in the cast was Ronnie's son who subsequently fled a police investigation abroad and hid in exile for years. That was also the first time I encountered Kris Marshall. For the secret Santa someone got him 4 cans of lager and a copy of something like FHM. He immediately asked round us techies if it was us (it wasn't) but he didn't seem disappointed. Far from it.
One of those actors who is immediately recognizable, but I would never be able to tell you his name.
