He seems like he was a very decent chap. I don't have any strong feelings about him as a ref; he kind of falls for me in the same group as David Elleray, Dermot Gallagher and Mike Riley, in that I knew who they were but they didn't annoy me. The only refs from that era I remember poorly are Graham Poll and obviously that fop-haired cheating cunt Milford.

Decent ref, but I didn't always agree with his decision making. Although the decision making of the players improved when he was reffing. As in the decision to not run up to him and try to intimidate him.
He looked like he could handle any fookin footballer.

Possibly. There's some clip on th'internet somewhere of her rather embarrassingly losing her shit on that god-awful Loose Women chat show. I've a feeling she went after one of the Nolan sisters during a live segment or something - ranting in a slightly unhinged manner.
