A tough one for me. The King is dead. Howard King Jr. Troubled front man of the greatest band you never saw. Dr Phibes and the House of Wax Equations. They created awe across every tribe that saw them. Howard had an undiagnosed mental condition that lead him to murder his Mother. He died this week having got out of prison a few years ago. Lee the bass player died a few years ago. Smack. Never quite captured on vinyl despite a decent contract with Virgin. Never met a single person who saw them live who wasn't blown away.
