Luton losing.
Luton losing.
Set pieces are really rough on my blood pressure.
Winner here could decide our season
Unlikely with 8 still to play.
Reyna’s impressed for the time he’s been on.
We needed to win that really, looking at our other fixtures. But nice to get out of the relegation zone.
Decent second half. We're actually a decent side when we try and play progressive football. When we play two absolute fucking cloggers in midfield and try to stop the opponents we're not. Hopefully that lesson has been learned after the last two games.
Some (but not enough) plaudits for Neco from the commentary today when I thought he was one of Forest’s best players. Gave absolutely everything.
At least we appear to have a proper keeper now.
One of the fittest players I've seen. Still covering more ground in the 90th minute than some players do in the 10th, after playing 120 minutes three days ago.
He's matured a lot in last 18 months. Got his opportunity as a result of Montiel being shite, and he's taken it.
It doesn't feel like it, but Chris Wood now has 7 goals in his last 8 Premier League appearances. Obviously helped by the hat trick at Newcastle, but still.
I'm very much over Awoniyi. It's clear he can't be relied on to be healthy, and when he is as often as not he looks like a very large Make-A-Wish kid who got the chance to be a footballer for a day. This has to be Woody's team now.
Just on the way home. Pretty down. That's another game we should have got more points from than we have.
The crowd, and me, have had enough of Origi. Especially when Elanga is on the bench. It's ridiculous. His energy levels are terrible and he didn't DO anything. He just kind of jogs near their left back without ever threatening to actually get the ball. Sangare got totally passed by most game. He's not up to the pace. Not aggressive enough. I'm not sure he ever will be either I'm afraid but hope I'm wrong.
The ten minutes he played Elanga as a 10 was fucking bonkers. I've no idea what he was thinking.
Reyna looked good for 10 minutes when he came on ... Then disappeared.
Errr....wow.
Interesting opinion and good example of recency bias. But we don't need to decide on one or the other as normally if one is fit the other is injured.
It's interesting, I've looked at a bunch of posts around the interwebs. People who watched on TV have a very different view on Reyna's contribution than people who were at the game. Not saying one is right or one is wrong, but there does seem to be a split view.
We were att the game and I didn't think he did anything after coming on
