    One for the Royalists…

Well it comes down to this. Palarse have never beaten us in the premier league era (at least I don’t think so). We desperately need points. They have a new manager who looks like an insurance salesman and we have a mumbly angry Portogeezer.

We haven’t been playing badly just not getting any results. We need to rediscover our electric touch in front of goal and take advantage of a team that has been struggling too all season.

Deano Henderson will be in the goal
For them so lots of long shots please!

I think we win and say fuck your points deduction premier league sport dopers!

Is Taiwo buggered or available? Is Chris wood buggered or available?

Dunno but we need to aggressively go for the balls like rabid attack dogs considering that we cannot defend for monkeys.

    Chicago: Winner winner chicken dinner!

    Fuck referees.
    Fuck VAR.
    Fuck the Premiershitleague.
    Fuck the points deduction.
Time for The Big Red Train to smash shit up.

I'm trying to quash creeping indifference / resignation with RAGE.
Lose Saturday and I'll be about done.

3-0 Forest as we finally dispatch an opponent whilst remaining relatively untroubled.
Or 0-3 to the Palace as Marinakis’s world finally comes crashing down.
    Either way, I’m strangely unbothered.

It’s funny you should say that. I was bitten by a dog and didn’t ask the owner of said dog if it had had its shots because I forgot that other countries have rabies. That was six months ago. Apparently to be free and clear you have to go six months without any symptoms. I have been very very itchy this week. It’s probably the beginning of the end.

At least Forest can do the right thing and actually make a dying man happy.

    Chicago: Afraid of water.

You've been done before and you'll be done again.

Good strategy though. I'm going with crying over Steve Cooper mixed with intermittent bouts of webmongs telling me to move on.

They haven't beaten us in Premier League (they haven't beaten us in the top flight since February 1991).
They haven't won at the City Ground since December 2011 (well within the Premier League era).
December 2011 was their last win against Forest - we're unbeaten in the six games since (four draws).

I am already indifferent, I think we have a very poor side and haven't changed my view we wont win another game. In other news a report on player valuation says MGW is only worth 30 million at best. Not great if we sell him, a massive loss as we paid well over the odds.

When we win you can buy me a beer.

I think we survive this season. Our team is nowhere near as bad as you say fake Donny. We just have to show that ruthless streak and I think Franzy carr Elanga is going to have a good day tomorrow.

    Chicago: Betting man.

"Forest will pay an initial £25m for Gibbs-White, with a further £17.5m available in add-ons related to his performances and appearances, as well as the club retaining their top-flight status."

How much over £30m have we paid? Have we even paid £30m yet?

Also, we already wrote down 5M of his fee last year so there's 20M plus any earned add-ons remaining. If we assume his performance has triggered another 5M payment, then selling for 30M would net a 5M profit. Not great, but not anything like "a massive loss".

I believe we triggered a £5m additional payment for Gibbs-White when we stayed up but the rest would require European football or England caps.

Is there a sell on percentage at all?

There’s a Forza display today, which is nice.

I suppose this is one of those must wins if we are going to to stay up. But it will be far from easy and no doubt Henderson will have a blinder. Time for a bit of luck.

There’s 8 games left after this and six of them we should be able to get something from, so it’s not must win. But it does feel that, if we lose, we’ll be favourites to get the third relegation place for the first time.
