To be fair then I take it back seems to have gone smoothly. Noone was there about 930 when we picked up. Lots of stewards around and well organised, the Comms are good too from the club. Fair play they have put some time and effort into making this go well. Lets hope the players do the job too.

Not on the Madri etc, no way can I drink all day in sun these days. Had some great churros just now though.

Collected my ticket. PHEW. Was a small queue. Have bumped into 3 groups of people I know so making my way to dump bag in the hotel is proving tricky. Everyone is just milling about drinking beer in the sun. It's pretty ace.

But what about the home fans? Have you asked them how they feel about the ticketing arrangements?

Having read Percy’s article earlier the club seem to have nothing to chance on the players side of things too.

I imagine a small group will appear from a side street around 6pm looking for a scrap so maybe he could ask them?

Reiterating that i wish I had the organisational skills, time and moolah to just get on a plane and join the fun. Just be careful though as pickpockets are out in force as one friend has had his wallet nicked and he had to cancel all his cards. His ticket and passport were mercifully still at the hotel but not having any cash to get a beer is a bit of a bummer.
