Well that taxi I had booked for 3am cancelled on me at 02:30. Thankfully booked another one and Abdul turned up pretty quickly. Am en-route. Was very panicked for ten minutes as there's no trains this early in the morning.. Briefly contemplated how long it would take to cycle (too long was the answer).

Been thinking about the ticket collection. It was open 12-11 yesterday and 8-5 today

That's 20 hours in total or 1200 minutes.

They have 3 booths open so that's 3600 minutes.

With 3300ish tickets to give out, if it takes a minute pet person they'd essentially need a steady flow of people throughout the entire period to be able to get them all given out.

Hopefully my maths is wrong or it's going to be a shit show.

Club have pretty much warned it's going to be a shit show - urging fans to get there early and warning of long queues.

Just landed in Málaga. Not on the Madri yet. Sat next to a couple of other fans on the plane who have offered me a lift to Seville in their hire car which is good as the train involved a change in Corboda. Driving should be easier.

A few fans stranded at Stansted apparently because of a fire. I guess a real chance they won't make the game. Hopefully they can find a alternative flight.
