Which doesn't change the fact that the "Billy" that Jim is exchanging emails with is probably a bot. I'm pretty sure that the Head of Ticketing doesn't spend his days entertaining dozens of Jims complaining that they didn't get a personal invitation to every match from Mr Marinakis.

As I said last time, I had a similar experience with Will from fan engagement. But to be fair maybe part of his engagement role is to see if he can have the last word.

Nah. A bot wouldn't write like the emails he sent. It would be much more polite! He was moaning about not being able to get Latics tickets when he was 22 by the end of it. Not exactly textbook AI. Oh, don't reply "you don't know how sophisticated AI is now" - I do.

It's amazing that Forest have the most sophisticated AI chat bot I have come across. It's the only thing we are world leaders at it seems.
