The Manor just outside of Ringwood played a not insignificant part in my recreational activities during 1996 / 1997.
I don't recall any wildfires but the Drum & Bass scene down there in that era was elite.

I realize there are probably lots of reasons why on a macro level this is a bad thing, but as I'm training for a marathon this winter it seems like there's an upside for me.

The summer weather predictions are already pretty horrible for AoNZ, and I dread to think what that means for Straya, but this winter felt relatively normal, so probably a little warmer than usual.

You can almost set your watch by the fact that it will rain close to 3pm every day in central Florida during the summer (especially late summer). This one’s been a little different with later (5pm or later) and heavier rain, and larger almost tropical thunder and lightning storms.
I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about.
