The servers we are hosted on require payment before a due date, or they are discontinued. The plug pulled. Data lost.
Due to an Admin error by the hosting company, I have paid the invoice, but the due date has not been reset. The servers are due to die in the next 24 hours, and unless support respond to my requests, there's nothing I can do about it.
They may respond. They may not. I may possibly be able to rebuild from backups. I may not. It will likely take days if it comes to that. At best.
All may be well, and support may fix their error. Who knows?
