We had this discussion in the pub the other week. I kinda miss the days when 'ultras' were something to be very cautious about. Not laugh at.

This surely has to be settled this week? The draw for the playoffs for the conference league is on Monday.
Feeling pretty optimistic that Palace's attempt to claim 43% is less than 30% will go about as well as our attempt to convince the premier league that August is before the 30th June.

Fun fact, date fans.
On 11th August 1989, Tim Burton's Batman was released in UK cinemas. It was a Friday. I went to see it at the Ritz cinema in Lincoln.
It was the first film in the UK to carry a '12' age restriction certificate. Later that evening, James Whale radio show, Tour of Duty and Sledgehammer were your typical Friday night post pub regional ITV telly fayre.
I have no.idea why but this is just one of those utterly random and weirdly detailed recollections that my brain retained for reasons completely unknown.

Occurs to me that if we end up in the Conference League there's really fuck all time to sort tickets and travel is there. It's going to be about 9-10 days between the CAS ruling, and us potentially playing in Uzbekistan or wherever. It's ridiculous.
Did someone say the draw is in the next few days? Monday was it?

This has been an issue for some time.
But are you really going to Uzbekistan? Their teams are not even in the competition. Although I do fancy going to Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan more likely.
