Given our reaction to Henderson's injury was to instantly loan Navas, that suggests a lack of faith in the club in Hennessey and there's no way he can be second choice next season. Henderson will be newly back from an injury that kept him out for half a season - we have to assume he'll miss a few games and, at worst, have a recurrence.
I didn't say MacAllister isn't a good player, I said that playing alongside Caicedo is a big help.
Generally, I don't like signing injured players. There's a slim chance he never plays again. It doesn't feel wise.

Alexis was by far the better player against us at the WFCG. In fact Caicedo did us a favour by allowing Barry to nick the ball off him for the second goal. Don’t get me wrong He is an excellent player but this season his quality is way down from the previous one. Probably because he went on a small strike when he didn’t go to Arsenal.
Brighton will be tested this off season as they seem to be losing most of their midfield. They might fall back into the mediocre pack if they don’t get their recruitment right this summer. They do seem very good at it though.

Their squad makes ours look streamlined, so I guess they are just selling anyone they can get a reasonable fee for. Kovacic seems like a strange signing for City, unless he has given up on Phillips entirely and just wants someone else for those three appearances a season.
