Lodi is much younger than I had assumed (based no evidence, just the assumption that a Brazilian international not wanted by Atletico would be past his peak).

Henderson is one of those players who seems to have improved in the view of fans as a result of not playing. He doesn't kick well, I'm not sure he's that good from long range and he's currently on crutches. He's OK, and just about good enough for the premier league if fit but I wouldn't put him higher than that and he's not as good as an ageing Navas. I wouldn't rush to sign him. I also don't see why we would panic if we couldn't sign him. We managed to replace him in about 8 days after his injury with a significantly better keeper. It's the easiest position to fill on the pitch and there are plenty of great keepers who would want to join us to get a regular starting place in the Premier league and who would probably cost much less.
Jlingz is the easiest decision in the world. Thank goodness we were smart enough to only sign him for a year. Huge disappointment. Has done nothing to suggest he's still up to the level and can stay fit for long enough. Goodbye and bless you.
Aurier yes please, sign him up. Signing of the season for me and clearly up to the level and experienced with it but not ageing.
Lodi has potential but I don't think will sign and that may be an opportunity for us to find a slightly better fit at a lower cost. I don't think we can afford to chance on that being Omar Richards though.
Quality midfielder please, quality forward.

Oh and Adam Wharton from Blackburn. I know, an 18 year old with less than 20 championship games under his belt is not obviously the profile of player we should be looking at. But that lad is very good indeed.

Hendo was/is quality.
I didn’t rate Navas TBH. Too many spills leading to goals and no command of his box. But was better than the alternative in Hennessy.

I'm genuinely baffled. Have people forgot how dodgy he looked in games like Bournemouth and Fulham at home, and how woeful his kicking generally was. Seems like that departing penalty save (which I agree was magnifcent) has left the lasting impression. More to the point, do we want to spend 30M on someone who is literally on crutches? I'm sure he'll come off them at some point but it could be up there with signing someone with a secret broken leg.
I like the look of Livakovic better.

I like the Croatian too. Hendo is a great shot stopper but his kicking is pony. Navas had a couple of spills but generally was pretty solid. He also did a pretty good job under pressure in the box.
I would sign Hendo if we don't pay silly money for him as he seems like a good and popular lad and also seems to want to come to Forest. I think Lodi will sign. I also think That richards has a long term bone issue and may not play for us at all. I also think that we should get Djed in with Aurier (who automatically has a one year extension) and move Neco to the left where he is also decent to compete with Lodi.
I think Frueler was a one year deal. He might be leaving. JLingz apparently just couldn't stay fit as he became a biscuit but apparently was a very fine influence behind the scenes. Dennis may leave because he looks insane and Coops probably doesn't trust him. He is talented but just doesn't use his brain but then again neither did Brennan in the first few months and Taiwo had the first touch of a rapist. The latter two improved.
I think Sam will go too unfortunately.
So the under 21 players Brennan, Danillo and Neco will be full fledged members. Jlingz, Sam, Jack and Freuler and Toffs to make way? Probably Hennessey too.
So some ability to maneuver a little bit.

I think if Leeds get relegated we should buy Leo Hjelde from them. For some obvious reasons, but mostly because he's fucking mint and he's only 19.

Signing DJ’s lad was a good one, but missing out on Alfie’s was a big error. We should sign all sons of ex-players to avoid future disappointment.
I believe we are already contractually obliged to give a ten year contract to any child of Harry Arter on it’s 13th birthday, so we’re already on the right path.
